NEW WORLD-1 GREAT LAKES TAG TEAM CHAMPS CROWNED...BUT...

This past weekend saw the crowning of the very first Great Lakes Tag
Team Champions - the NORTH/SOUTH WRECKING CREW - C.W. Anderson &
Bull Wheeler, as they defeated hometown heroes MAYHEM in a slugfest.
As the belts were about to be unveiled and handed to the new
champions however, Team SMART's Jack Thriller, Johnny Dynamo and
Noah Lott all recovering from a failed attack on MAYHEM during the
match (which resulted in Lott being launched from the ring onto his
partners), grabbed the belts, grabbed the mic and challenged C W and
Bull to come and get the belts next week in Bay City.

C W thanked the fans, announced his impending ECW departure (which
brought chants of "EC DUB" from the crowd...and a few tears as
well), and thanked MAYHEM for being members of a select few who have
earned the respect of an Anderson. The handshake was followed by C W
telling the Team SMART boys to get ready for the ride of their life
next week aboard the North/South Wrecking Crew express. With a "3-2-
1 WORLD-1!!!" celebration with the crowd, the building went off with
cheers after a great night of action.

Over $300 was raised for the American Cancer Society, and fans were
treated to some outstanding action. WORLD-1 looks forward to
returning to Adrian again in the near future.

Noah Lott pinned PJ Flowers after interference from Team SMART's
Johnny Dynamo and Jack Thriller.

The North/South Wrecking Crew defeated Team SMART after a CW
Anderson Spinebuster on Jack Thriller.

The Viper Pete Christie and The Snakeman Deven Michaels defeated
Ballz & Bender, when Viper pinned Ballz after a DDT.

Hoss Monahan beat Dave Duponte in an Old School Bullrope Match.

MAYHEM beat The Disciples Of Destruction (Milwaukee Mauler and
Bounty Hunter Buck Lawless) by pinfall when Lawless accidentally hit
Mauler with a chair.

New Generation Ace Ricky Landell retained his WORLD-1 Title after
Dr. Sean Feelgood used a foreign object to get an illegal pinfall
and was diqualified.

The North/South Wrecking Crew beat MAYHEM after a CW Anderson
Superkick to the face of Chainsaw.
