New Year's Bash

The show opened with a contract signing for the EWF Title Match
tonight between JT Zorin and Hurricane.

* New Era Scramble qualifying match: Silence beat Steve Amani

Amani's Midwestern Title was not on the line in this match. Frank
Stein came down to ringside to distract Amani to help Silence pick
up the win.

* New Era Scramble qualifying match: Pheonix beat Frank Stein

Steve Amani came out to return the favor and distracted Stein in his
match.

* Bob beat Snake & MIA w/ Homeless Hank in a handicap match

* New Era Scramble qualifying match: Jack Thriller beat Noah Lott

* "Indy Kid" Jay West beat Osyris

The match ended after Osyris missed a moonsault, then West caught
him with a shining wizard to get the win.

* Rastakhan beat Evan Alexander & Bam Morgan in a handicap match

After the match, Alexander got on the mic blaming the loss on his
lazy partner and the challenged Rasta to a "Loser Wears A Dress"
match next week.

* The Houston Brothers beat Fallen Dragon & Hypnosis

* New Era Scramble qualifying match: Todd Ordway vs. Anarchy - draw

This match was declared a draw after JT Zorin came down and knocked
both men out. Neither man returned to their feet by the referee's
10 count.

The final spot of the New Era Title Scramble remains open.

* EWF Title: JT Zorin (c) beat Hurricane

Zorin won the match after interference by Frank Stein and hitting
Hurricane with the title belt.

Since Zorin never lost his title in the 30 day challenge, he is
now "supreme commander" of the EWF forever... Hurricane then gets on
the mic and says Zorin is a bigger fool then he thought. Hurricane
said Zorin didn't look at the contract he signed...

Hurricane sneaked a stipulation to the match's contract. Hurricane
knew Zorin may cheat his way to victory, so he has clause put in for
a rematch. This time it will be a street fight for the EWF Title
and if Zorin loses, he will be fired from the company!
