The backstretch at Daytona isn't all that bad.. but according to MRN radio, the track was pretty full. So whether that was just a radio stunt or if it really was full...who knows.

This morning on our local news channel they said that the ticket sales were so bad at Daytona for today's race that they were closing the backstretch stands and camouflaging them. They didn't however explain how they would handle this for those who bought back stretch tickets. Personally, you couldn't pay me to sit in the backstretch there, so I wonder where they are putting those who did get the tickets. They obviously have to relocate these people somewhere other than the backstretch so you would think that had people known, they would have attended.
I thought of driving over there but decided not to but had I known that this was the case, I may have decided to go.
Anyone?
