A HAPPY RECAP......Manager Jerry Manuel celebrates with Carlos Delgado who delivered a clutch 2 out 2 run 8th inning double to put the Mets ahead in their 3-1 victory over the Phillies Thursday afternoon at Shea. Oliver Perez was superb for 7.2 innings before needing help from Aaron Heilman who got the win and Billy Wagner who notched his 26th save. The victory put the Mets in sole possession of first place for the first time in about 3 months.
