Five years ago, Springfield's "Midwest Wrestling Alliance" changed
into what would become the top wrestling promotion in the Midwest, NEW
MIDWEST WRESTLING. At that time, the lives of many young men and women
changed forever. Since then, there have been heated rivalries and
unparalleled, breath-taking matches. People have come and gone, and
come back again and again. New Midwest Wrestling, in whatever form, is
a great big family, not only backstage, but also in the fan base that
has stuck with it in it's storied history. We're friends, enemies and
fans of this company, and it will forever hold a place in our heart.

This could very well shape what will be New Midwest Wrestling will
represent in it's biggest year, yet. The battle lines have been drawn
and people have chosen sides.

On one side, you have those people who feel that New Midwest Wrestling
history has been tainted by the antics and "egotistical" vision that
Justin MacIntyre has brought during his tenure as Events Promoter for
the company. Led by Guy Smith, who proclaims that MacIntyre has ruined
the years of hard work Smith has gone through to carry New Midwest on
his back, this team looks to dominate and take back what they feel is
rightfully theirs. Spencer Powers, has been stripped of being able to
challenge Eric Logan for the New Midwest Title, and he's not in good
mood. Stan Sallinger is one of the founding fathers of New Midwest
Wrestling. Eric Ruffington, the self proclaimed "Up and Comer", looks
to prove his own worth.

On the other side of the ring, are men who stand firm in the beliefs
of New Midwest Wrestling's growth as a company and as a family. Ready
to face the Originals and their ideas head on, this team is Captained
by "The Big Irish" Justin MacIntyre. New Midwest Wrestling Champion,
Eric Logan is full of steam as he has had one of the most emotional
title reign in recent memory, with many ups and downs. Along with
fellow Hot Boy, Scotty Cash, no one is more prepared to finally take
advantage of a great opporitunity than Benz. Lucious P. CoTrain is
very eager to put Stand Sallinger and his big fat mouth to rest. And
then there's the Events Promoter of New Midwest Wrestling, Justin
MacIntyre. Taking away from no one, there's not one person in this
match with more pride on the line than the Big Irish. He's turned New
Midwest Wrestling around in it's most dire hour, and to be faced with
the hate and bitter ideas of Guy Smith and his crew is something that
cannot stand any longer. It's a testament to his pride that he's
lasted this long...

This is definitively what a Main Event is all about. You can't miss it.
