You know, over the last few days, I've recieved email upon email,
voicemail upon voicemail, asking me, "MacIntyre, how do you top that?
How do you keep climbing after BOILING POINT?" Well, it's going to be
a journey, but I'm running headstrong into our next big event, THE
CUTTING EDGE, September 2nd.

In a match made earlier this morning, "HARDCORE" KC Jackson will
defend his NEW MIDWEST HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP against an individual
I see as more than deserving. That person being, BILLY MORGAN! Now,
I'd be crazy if I didn't add a little sauce to this match, so in the
next couple of weeks, I'm going to add a special attraction to this
match, so stay tuned.

Also, I just happened to come across an email by Chicago's Joey
Eastman. He vowed that another Chicago Talent will be at THE CUTTING
EDGE to "finish what Robert 'EGO' Anthony started" with the
Mississippi Madman. Coming off one of the hottest returns in New
Midwest Wrestling history, the Mississippi Madman is going to be a
force to be reckoned with, and it's going to be interesting to see
who's going to stack up to the challenge. I'll keep you posted as this
one develops.

I'm also pleased to announce the new direction in one of the biggest
events of the year, BRAWLTOBERFEST. This October 21st, New Midwest
Wrestling is going to have the "SHOWCASE OF CENTRAL ILLINOIS
WRESTLING". We're going to pick the best of the best from the
surrounding area, and put them, along with some of NMW's finest in ONE
MATCH, to decide the cream of the crop in CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

Also, another HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT for Brawltoberfest...

I'm putting the final ink to the paper on bringing in a former ECW
performer... a former WWE performer... and TNA performer, the NEW F'N
SHOW, JERRY LYNN!!! What will he be brought in for? Who will he go
after? What business could he have in NEW MIDWEST WRESTLING? You're
gonna have to wait and find out. STAY TUNED TO THIS ONE FOR SURE!

With the new direction of BRAWLTOBERFEST, the question comes up of
what is to be the MAIN EVENT for the BIGGEST SHOW OF THE YEAR,
NOVEMBER REIGN. Well, I feel that it's due time for someone that I
feel is truly deserving to be NUMBER ONE CONTENDER TO THE NEW MIDWEST
HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP and will be in the Main Event of NOVEMBER REIGN.

THAT PERSON BEING... ERIC LOGAN.

That's right, the high flying fan favorite will take on the winner of
the Championship Match at the CUTTING EDGE.
