Endore.com, the host for Newmidwest.com, has gone out of business.
They shut down all the servers with no advance warning. I had
assumed, at first, that any problems I had getting the site to load
had to do with the snow and ice storms in the US. However, you only
have to go to http://www.endore.com to see that there's a much bigger
problem at hand.

Technical issues aside, it seems that The Webmaster (who set-up the
site before my arrival) allowed Endore to register the domain name.
In doing so, Endore placed their name, their address, their phone
number, and their e-mail address in the contact information fields.
Therefore, the registrars have no idea who I am, who New Midwest is,
nor do they seem to care. As far as they are concerned, Endore is
approved to make changes to our domain, and Endore ain't talking.

So for now, this Yahoo Group is the only place to discuss NMW.
Hopefully we can get our website up and running somewhere else in a
few days. But thank your lucky stars that some was smart enough to
set this place up in advance! I just wish that smart person had been
me! ;>
