New Dive Charter at Carolina Beach   Message List

Daer All,

Carolina Beach has a new dive charter operation which just started in
late May. This past weekend I joined Jim Conner, proprietor of the
operation, and the NC State Aquarium Dive Team for some Cape Fear
diving.

The website is www.capefeardivers.com. Charters and rentals can be
booked online. The boat is a brand new 2004 - 50-foot Newton Dive
Special. The boat is comfortable, well designed for diving and
provides some personal storage space. The short trip to Carolina
Beach makes potential for a single-day dive trip with no hotel
costs. Directions were easy - Hwy 40 East to the end – turn left -
0.1 mile to the marina.

Check out Jim's website for details on the boat and dive operation.

With flat seas and the small group this past weekend, it was hardly a
true test - but with those conditions it is always a good day!
