We won and decisively. 12-4, Naga got the win (I think they should have pulled
him an inning
earlier than they did. Shawn McNamara took the loss. Unofficial game time 3:05.
Someone
needs to turn the heat on and what is with all the fouls into Section 103 &
105??? See you all
tomorrow night.

Agree on the KC thing! He got me a bit nauseated every time he came
onto the feild, even when I do much prefer Sweet Caroline in it's usual
spot.
Sure hoping Sandy A. won't suffer any ill affects of his being hit
tonight. Word has it the Mike Joyce is suffering quite a serious
sinusitus with a very high fever all day today.
Another tough loss. 5-2. Winning pitcher Matt Weagle, Save to Tom Cochran, loss
to David
Bucky Kosyk, unofficial game time 2:28. Two unearned runs in the 1st on two
(later reversed
by my buddy Roger) to one error by Jack Joffrion on the same play. Chris RAT
BUZZARD
TRAITOR Colabello hit a 2 run bomb in the 3rd. Six total errors 2 by Chris RAT
BUZZARD
TRAITOR Colabello. Our bullpen looks pretty solid, our starting pitching is
looking not so
good.
On the record, Casey (KC?) must strike out and leave Holman let Pat or Todd
handle the on
field stuff, PLEASE.
Since we have a new tradition of singing Build Me Up Buttercup in the
6th inning, I thought maybe it would be nice to know the lyrics.
Why do you build me up (Build me up)
Buttercup baby just to
let me down (Let me down)
And mess me around
And then worst of all (Worst of all)
You never call baby
When you say you will (Say you will)
But I love you still
I need you (I need you)
More than anyone darlin'
You know that I have from the start
So build me up (Build me up)
Buttercup
Don't break my heart
I'll be over at ten
You tell me time and again
But you're late
I wait around and then
I went to the door
I can't take any more
It's not you
You let me down again
Baby Baby
Try to find a little time
And I'll make you happy
I'll be home
I'll be waiting beside the phone
Waiting for you.
Why do you build me up....
To you I'm a toy
But I could be the boy
You adore
If you'd just let me know
Although you're untrue
I'm attracted to you
All the more
Why do I need you so Baby Baby.....
ooh ooh ooh
Why do build me up .....
Another tough loss 2-1. John Kelly picked up the win, Reid Willette the loss,
Jerry Dunn got
the save. Reid pitched well through 4 1/3 giving up the 2 runs, the bullpen
pitched very well
the rest of the way. Unofficial game time 3 hours 18 minutes. Beautiful day for
baseball. See
you all Tuesday night.

We lost 4-2 Wayne Lundgren for Brockton was the winning pitcher Nicholas Suero
was the
losing pitcher. Jerry Dunn for Brockton got the save. Unofficial time was 3
hours 40 minutes. I
have to say I was a bit leery of listening to game not by Ken Cale but Matt
Leite did a very
good job. Sounded like it was a sell out crowd in Brockton. Would like to have
the ability to
text messages or E-mail to Matt. If someone could let Matt know it is AL caan
tara that would
be grand. Judy and I are headed to Brockton for tomorrow's 1:05 start when the
Pride will
triumph. See you all on Tuesday.
Scott
After 6 complete the score was Nashua 8, Brockton 3, after the top of the 7th, it was Brockton 11- Nashua 8. 3 pitchers, two errors, and the Rox hitting them were we weren't.

So what happened? We had to leave to get my brother. By the way the photos are up on the website.
Can you say ugly? The high point of the evening was Chris Torres pitching lights
out in the
top of the 9th. Final Score Rox 12 Pride 9 My unofficial game time 3 hours 49
minutes.
Unofficial winner Ryan Williams, unofficial loser Jarrett Stawarz. See some of
you in Brockton,
see all of you Tuesday evening.
One other highlight the young lady who sang the National Anthem, My let foot
weighs more
than she does, where did that wonderful voice come from?
Scott
We won 8-7 on a Luis Rodriquez walk off single in the bottom of the 10th inning.
Adam
Piechowski is the winning pitcher, Jamie Baker took the loss for the Rox. My
unofficial game
time 3 hours 27 minutes. Way to go Pride.
Nice ring ceremony and it is nice to have the banner over Holman.
Woody needs a pronunciation guide!!!!!!
Come cheer on the Pride tomorrow evening (hopefully they will get the heat
turned up) as
Butch gets his ring and his #17 is retired.
Hi All,
Just a reminder Opening Night is tomorrow (Thursday the 22nd), first
pitch scheduled for 7:05. The ring ceremony is at 6:30 so get there
early to see our guys get their 2007 CanAm League Championship rings.
We went up last night to see Olmo go 4 for 5. Steve was pitching still when we had to leave.
Word has it that Josh Terrell got hit in the face quite badly by a pitch during the Brockton game. Broke bones in 5 places and will undergo surgery. Will take him out for season. Our prayers are for speedy recovery.
Will Groff and I went up to Fishercat Stadium tonight (Thursday) The Defenders
beat the
Fishercats 7-3. Olmo drove in the go ahead run and was robbed of a second hit by
a great
play by the Fishercat 3rd baseman.
What I liked about Fishercat Stadium were two things, one of which the Pride
can't touch
which is the Jumbotron. The other thing I liked was the number of Vendors in the
stands, and
maybe the Pride or its concessionaire could do something like that.
What I didn't like - PARKING!!!, Three separate places to look for Balls and
Strikes, Batter
information, and the linescore (hits, runs, and errors). The seats weren't as
comfortable, price
$12 for 6 rows back right next to the left of the visitor dugout is way too
expensive.
See you all Saturday at the Meet and Greet and at the game at 7 versus Brockton.
Scott
A cardiologist dream for sure! It's an Oreo cookie encased in dough and deep fried, extremely sweet and yummy. Sure to help clog any artery you desire, but you can't help try one. Be careful! They can be addicting over a baseball season.

Got an E-mail from Bev, there is a Meet & Greet on Saturday the 17th
from 12-2. You can pickup your tickets then or anytime from Tuesday the
13th on. The gates open at 11 on Saturday so you can "pick up your
tickets and perhaps bring them back to the car for safe keeping"
Sorry I goofed, I thought you said Chris.

If the Kathy and Tom in this post refers to Kathy and Tom Stroud the
post is incorrect. We are hosting LHP Mike Joyce.
Michele saw a way to tie into Larry's display at Alphagraphics on Main
Street. Michele and Kurt have volunteered their pictures and using
Snapfish they can put together a nice collage of pictures. Each bottle
cap is worth 3 points and we need 215 points for each collage, so save
your caps, and we will figure out a way to get them to Michelle.
THanks to Michele and Larry.
I am wondering who all has who all.
Judy and I have Will Groff, and will have Ismael Castro.
Beth and Bob have Sandy Almonte
Kathy and Tom have Chris Torres
Thanks
Rumor has it that there is a Meet & Greet for the Season Ticket Holders
next Saturday where the tickets can be picked up. There is a letter
coming from the Pride with details.
