In the past I have always taken the day off before a long ride like
the double, or the 125 training ride. But I have not been happy with
the results of just resting.
This year I am thinking about do some spinning on saturday morning
just to keep everything fresh. The worse thing that could happen is
I'll push to hard on saturday, feel tired on sunday, crack somewhere
about 100 miles into it, and have a really long afternoon.
Any thoughts on what routine works best?
