RE: [NYDoubleCentury] New 100 mile cue sheet uploaded

For the 100 today the pace to the first stop at 40 miles was 18.3 for me.
Despite Bruce's best efforts (and a couple of strategic pushes) I dropped at
65 miles when my pace was still 17.7. At 67 both legs cramped and for the
next 20 miles I had to get off the bike from time to time because I could
not turn the cranks because of the cramps. I finished at 16.3, not what I
had hoped but not too dismal a showing.

Big thanks to Bruce for organizing this ride (and for pulling me along).

Lloyd

I will be there riding at a B+ pace - probably 16.5 to 17 if the terrain is
like the golden Apple.
