New 100 mile cue sheet uploaded   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #681 of 1265 |
Hi everyone,

I uploaded a PDF version of the 100 mile cue sheet to the files
section. It is the same cue sheet, but in PDF, so it should print
better than the html version.

See everyone one on Saturday. There will be two stops. One at 40 at
the same first stop of the 200 in Dover Plains, and another at 80 when
everyone is pretty beat up from the hills.

Should be a good ride.

If you are not an A rider and plan to come, please announce your
intentions to the group so other slower riders can judge how many
people will be coming. Once one person posts, everyone else will, so
let the group know you will come and you should be able to find other
riders.

Bruce

I will be there riding at a B+ pace - probably 16.5 to 17 if the terrain is like the golden Apple. Lloyd _____ From: brucekwells [mailto:bruce@...] ...

For the 100 today the pace to the first stop at 40 miles was 18.3 for me. Despite Bruce's best efforts (and a couple of strategic pushes) I dropped at 65 miles...
