We had 11 people for the 75 mile warmup ride. Unfortunately, only one
B rider, so he rode alone. The rest of the group rode together. We
had one flat early in the ride, one bio break, and a quick Gatorade
stop. Average pace was 17.

I fixed up a couple of errors (minor) on the cue sheet. It also now
just prints one copy, not 15. Sorry about that. The new version is
now uploaded.
