This group has not been very busy, mostly because I have been doing
other things.

Everyone who is planning on doing the double should be training with
fast and / or long rides.

The first double century training ride is this Saturday at 8 am. Meet
on the east side of the tracks in the commuter parking lot. Free
parking on weekends. This ride is hillier than the double, and I
generally lead it at a fast pace, as it is only 100 miles.

Also, the time listed for next Suunday's 125 mile ride is wrong, it
should be 7am. I fixed it in the ride board, so it will be listed on
the web site correctly, and post the the wccarides group correctly as
well.
