Sorry I couldn't complete the crack of dawn ride with you on
Saturday. I hope it went well. I replaced the bad gear
cable with a gore cable which should be tougher. Hopefully, I've
gotten the bad mechanical kharma out of my system.

All:

If the weather is good, I'm planning to do the Farm Lands Flat
Century in central NJ next Saturday (May 6) as an indicator of what
kind of shape I'm in. While it is fairly flat, last year it was
pretty windy, especially along the shore. Drop me a line if you want
to go together or meet up at the start. I think it's about an hour
from the TZ bridge.

I'm also thinking of doing the Pinelands Triple Loop (also in NJ) the
following Saturday (May 13), especially if the weather doesn't
cooperate this Saturday. Has anyone done that ride before? I'd be
interested to know your impressions.
