Yes, you have to peel off the old tire and put on a new one. You don't
glue it, but rather use the glue on the rim. I should be faster than
changing the tube of a clincher if you know what you are doing. The
problem is that you have to have an extra tire with you, instead of just a
tube and or patch kit.
