I've been following this group for a little while and knew the 14th was the date
for the Double Century; I was hoping the 300K would be a different date (now I
understand this is the double century ride). Unfortunately I'm away next
weekend (long-standing commitment).
I am looking ahead to July 11 to ride the Mt Greylock Century in Western MA.
It's only 100 miles, but it is 9800' of elevation. See
http://www.bikeride.com/calendar/event.asp?id=15462 for details.
Have a great ride on the 14th; wish I was there.

flat. I don't think you'll have a problem :) Unlike Montauk, this ride is a
regular club ride, i.e. unsupported. We'll probably have three stops along the
way. The distance between stops will be around 50 miles so it's essential to
carry some food on a bike and keep snacking during the ride.

MA, depending on what others want to do. I'll be at the Scarsdale tailgate
party tomorrow and try to recruit other folks for the ride, we'll decide then.

to Montauk).
