Looks like tomorrow is going to be a perfect day for the Ladder 5 Trail Race at Wolfe's Pond Park on Staten Island! For those of you unfamiliar with the race, it is a challenging 5K course run on the beach and trails in honor of fallen firefighters from Ladder 5 in Soho.

 

The race includes t-shirts, music, a children's race, BBQ and lots of kids activities. As an added bonus, NY1 will broadcast live from Wolfe's Pond Park starting at 8:00 am. 

 

Yes, there is race day registration but make sure you arrive early to avoid the rush!
