Hello all!

This year's MVP Health Care Bitter Pill is fast approaching! We're
in a great new location this year: Craftsbury is a really fun
playground, with lots of trails, untracked wilderness, and plenty of
nettles for Jim to send racers through.

The early-bird prices are only valid through this Friday, so if
you're planning to sign up, now's the best time!

What: 12 hour summer adventure race. Bike, trek, paddle, swim, nav
nav nav. Showers, bonfires, massages, food and prizes at the finish.
When: Saturday August 1st
