5th Annual Cradle of Liberty 24 Hr AR -June 28-29 --4pm start
100 miles of lactic acid burn.
This is a race for the true outdoors person, spirited adventure racer, and the mildly insane. Set in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, race is only about 2 hours from Philadelphia and 11/2 hours from NYC. Race check in takes place at Promised Land State Park.
USARA National Qualifier for Coed teams of 3 (www.usara.com)
CheckpointTracker Series Participant. Race will be tracked on the internet! (www.checkpointtracker.com)

Get ready for night time paddling, night orienteering, and night mountain biking, in some of the most pristine and scenic areas of the state.

The Cradle Sprint Race -- June 29-- 10am start
20 miles in 6 hours.
For those who want the adventure, but enjoy their good night sleep! Based at Promised Land State Park, you'll enjoy lake paddling, mountain biking, and orienteering in a beautiful setting. Great race for those new to the sport, and those seasoned teams who like all the challenge and speed of a short sprint style race.
Race also benefits the Gift of Life Donor Program.
