Big Thanks To Denise and Jon and all the volunteers at Saturday's The
Longest Day... Great job guys under tough conditions - kudos!. Wind
and waves! Not being a sub-mariner myself, and after many hours of
paddling futility, I was tempted to just bore a hole in our kayaks and
call it a day! What?#$%, and miss that great mud flume ride ... err
bike ride? NEVER! Besides, I had an appointment with a couple hundred
mountain laurel bushes up in Fahnestock and I was running late!

This weekend I'll start my training for TLD 2007 by tying the biggest
boulder I can find to my ankle and jump into the nearest river...

Just kidding .... a most memorable event for sure. Again, thanks for
all your hard work and dedication for planning/organizing/running/etc
this year's TLD - it truely is appreciated!
