Underwater Hockey is a non contact, coed, amateur sport. We play for competition, recreation, fun and fitness. Regional, National and International competitions are available and sanctioned by the Underwater Society of America (USOA) for those so inclined.

Personal equipment includes mask, fins, snorkel, protective headgear, short one hand sticks (black and white) and a padded glove on the stick hand. A three pound vinyl coated lead puck and goals at opposite ends of the pool are provided by the club. We also have personal equipment to loan to novices.

**URGENT** If you are a newcomer, out of town visitor or want to bring a guest please notify one of the steering committee members a few days before coming out. We will need to ADD YOUR NAME to our ROSTER so you are allowed access to the pool.
