Too funny... as soon as I thought Judi was the only one who was going to reply to my question, I got this email. :-)
That's good to know about the D-rings... I like the versatility they provide for trail/endurance riding, but I'll probably
ride my Ortho-Flex saddle more for endurance than the Reactor Panel saddle pictured below... I don't want it getting
too beat up with everyday riding. ;-)

I showed in dressage sadddle with D rings and I aslo had a ring in the back for a crouper. I never had a problem.

OK, here's a question for you seasoned show people out there. Would a dressage type saddle be OK to show in for Pleasure classes if it also had "d" rings? I checked the Paso Fino rule book, but it didn't say anything one way or the other about the saddle not having "D's".
