Carol, Here is the recipe for the salad we made @ Wild Mare. Please post it on the NWPHA web site since several people asked Terri for the recipe.
1 head Bok Choy ( we use napa cabbage)
1 bunch green onions
1 pkg ramen noodles ( discard seasoning) Brown in skillet before combining with bok choy
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 TBSP butter
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP sesame oil Dressing
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
