Hi all.

The weather's been rubbish in Liverpool over the last couple of weeks and our pitches have been in a sorry state. We've thought about looking for alternatives, but there is one small corner (well ~ 100m / 180m) of the field that refuses to be submerged and turn into a quagmire, so game on!

This is the list of teams I have for this weekend. If there are any changes let me know ASAP. If you can't field a full team, but still have players wanting to play let me know. We may arrange a pickup / fusion team.

Weather, Shelter and Facilities

The weather is expected to be very wet and windy.

There's no immediate shelter during games. However in between there is the cafe in the park with toilets, which serves Burgers other hot food, Cake, Hot Drinks and snacks.

For those with more upmarket tastes, there is the Greenbank Sports Academy restaurant, serving a variety of hot and cold food and alcoholic drinks. There are also toilets here.

Flexible Scheduling

Are there any teams that you definitely want to play, cus you never get the chance? Or any teams that you want to avoid, for any reason?

Also a later start at either 10:30 or 11:30 may be possible.

Timings

Captains meeting will be at 9.15am and games will start at 9:30am
Unless you have a late start (we'll tell you if you do), please aim to arrive at Sefton Park for 9:00am

Games will be 45mins + 10min/2point cap in a 1hour slot. Each team will play 4 games.
