With div 2 being a 1 day event only now, Halcyon will 99% be wanting to send a second team to NWL...
I'm not sure if anyone has got in touch about this, I'll check at training tonight and get the necessary people to get in touch asap

Hey NickI hear there's a more-than-likely possibility that Phat'eds won't be making it to winter league. Obviously we were due to play them at 9.30am but our next game isn't until 11.30am. This is fine by me as we're out on the Liverpool town Saturday night but can you please confirm ASAP whether anyone will be taking Phat'eds place? We obviously don't want to miss any games (but don't want to be hanging around in the wind and rain either!).Getting me on my mobile is probably easiest. 07738 126683.Cheers mateSi.hallamultimate

This has been relatively easy to schedule, so no one else is allowed to drop out!!The schedule is attached here. If there are any errors, please let me know.<<NWL 2 2006.xls>>
Apparently there are construction works going on in the site car park, so it is probably best to park in the Tesco car park. This is a five minute walk from the fields and is clearly visible (on the map about 200yds north on Mather Avenue). There are toilets and showers available, but I don't know how long the grounds will be open, so if you are showering, be quick. The gates will open at 8.30 and the first games are at 9.30. Everyone has 4 games and there are no more than 2 games in a row for any team. The top four teams get a bye into the top 8, but still get to play each other. This is just a result of the scheduling and I have tried to make these the high ranking teams from the first event. I didn't have any of the results, so if it looks wrong, please tell me.The games are 50 minutes long or to 11 points with a half at 6. When the hooter goes the game is over; only a disc already in the air may be caught and count. Ties will be worked out using previous games (if there are any), then points difference, then points for, and if none of that works I'll make up a silly game or hold an illegal boxing match. The cost will be £25 per team, obviously (due to my lateness) this will be collected on the day. If you want to write a cheque, make it out to 'Boogie Knights'.Hopefully this will all run smoothly, so I'll see you all pitch side.Nick
