Description
Welcome to the Nittany Valley Running Club's Beginner/Intermediate Running Group's page!
Our running group meets at various places throughout State College on various nights during the week. Typically during non-daylight savings time days, we run on Tuesday at 6:00pm. Keep posted by joining the group to find out if locations change. We also have a calendar we try to keep updated on this group site. You can also print out a copy of the schedule HERE.
The runs are for all-comers, all abilities. If you've always wanted to start a jogging program with a little direction, now is your chance. All you've got to do is show up!

Let me know if anyone has a preference for 8 or 8:30 and I'll put it on the calendar. Either is fine with me, I'm starting at 6:30 and I'll adjust my millage

Its 4 miles out, so the out & back makes it a 8 miler from Sunset Park. We can start at 8:00 if you want. Dave said that he would be back at the park to run
