Welcome to the New Jersey Metro Bicycle Group, a forum for area bike riders interested in cycling either on the road or in the trails in Northern NJ and occasionally we'll ride in Southern NY state. Information on local upcoming charity/organized ride events is also posted.

We encourage our members to host rides as well as going on rides other folks are leading. If you would like to host a ride and want your post sent out as an email to each member, please email the list owner at the address indicated below (on this page) with the information. Or, if you simply post a message providing the details of your ride on this site's message board members who stop by the site can read it. In the "Files" section of this site there is a form you can to ensure all of the necessary ride information is included.

WHEN APPLYING TO JOIN THIS GROUP PLEASE INDICATE YOUR FULL NAME AND THE TOWN/STATE YOU LIVE IN AS WELL AS WHAT KINDS OF RIDES YOU LIKE TO DO ON THE FORM THAT POPS UP. We do this to prevent spammers and also so we can introduce you to the group.
