The $35 entry rate ends on February 23 for the Division III qualifier.
This qualifier is the *ONLY* path for participating in the Division III
events at the 2008 Summer Nationals.

After February 23, the registration fee is $70. There are no exceptions
to this policy. Fencers are considered registered when their names
appear on the "Who's Preregistered?" list on the askFred listing for
this tournament. You are not registered if you are listed
as "incomplete" on this list. Payment must be made for the
registration to be considered complete.
