On December 1, the division will host a seminar on tournament management. This
session will train club managers and other potential tournament organizers on
how to efficiently and safely run a competition.
Subjects covered will include:
- how to prepare for the tournament.
- how to use fencingtime and askFred to advertise the event, and set up pools
and DEs.
- what to do if the computer is down.
- what information is needed for classification changes.
- how to get your results posted the the division website.
- the check list of things you need on hand at the tournament.
