The Tournament Committee has announced that it will be holding the rescheduled
calendaring session for the 2009-2010 season on Sunday, June 28th immediately
after the conclusion of the New Jersey Division Championships at Bucks County
Academy of Fencing in Lambertville, NJ. Due to the scheduling of the
Championship events, club representatives are advised to appear for the meeting
shortly after the close of registration time for the final event of that day
[check www.askfred.net for that updated information].

Any Clubs wishing to hold NJ Division Sanctioned events or to sponsor ROC/SYC
events [with NJ Division consent] during the 2009-2010 competition season must
have a representative present for the scheduling meeting. Only designated club
representatives and Tournament Committee members will be permitted to attend and
participate in the meeting. Club representatives who are not owners of the
club(s) which they represent at the meeting must have written permission to act
as the club(s) representative. The writing must be on club letterhead and must
be signed by the clubowner(s).

Clubs will be required to present fully signed 2009-2010 MOU documents and proof
of insurance coverage prior to the meeting. Additional information concerning
the required pre-meeting club submissions will be emailed to clubs by the end of
this week. Clubs which do not appear for the meeting will not receive Division
sanctioning for the 2009-2010 competition year.

We are looking for all clubs to attend. We are also looking forward to
providing the members of the NJ Division with a balanced, fair and active
competition schedule for the 2009-2010 competition year.
