Due to a scheduling conflict with the USFCA Coaches College Event being held at
Mr. Ma Fencing Academy in Fairfield this weekend, the Tournament Committee has
decided to postpone the calendaring meeting. This meeting will now be held
during the weekend of the Division Championships [June 27 and 28]. The purpose
of this meeting will be to set the 2009-2010 club and Division-Sponsored events
calendar.

Additional details of that rescheduled meeting will be posted shortly. Copies
of the 2009-2010 M.O.U. will be emailed to club representatives within the next
several days.
