The Tournament Committee has announced that it will be holding the calendaring
session for the 2009-2010 season on Sunday, May 17th immediately after the
conclusion of the Hayfever Open. The meeting will be held at the same building
as the Hayfever Open on the Rutgers University Campus.

Any Clubs wishing to hold NJ Division Sanctioned events or to sponsor ROC/SYC
events [with NJ Division consent] during the 2009-2010 competition season must
have a representative present for the scheduling meeting. Only designated club
representatives and Tournament Committee members will be permitted to attend and
participate in the meeting.

Clubs will be required to present signed MOU documents and proof of insurance
coverage prior to the meeting. Additionally information concerning the required
pre-meeting club submissions will be emailed to club representatives next week.
