There will be a Tournament Committee meeting on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Clinton Fencing Club, 24 Cokesbury Road, Suite 5 - Lebanon, NJ 08833.
The sole purpose of this meeting is for clubs to request competition dates for next season's (2008-2009) schedule. Any clubs wishing to request competition dates for next season will need to attend the meeting and provide a signed copy of the MOU for next season at or before the meeting.
The 2008-2009 planning calendar and next season's (2008-2009) MOU has been forwarded to you directly at your email address listed in the Division's records. Additional copies of the MOU, Tournament Operations Manual and the preliminary Calendar may also be requested in writing to: vincent.paragano@comcast.net .
The signed copy of the MOU can be emailed to Richard Yusem, Tournament Chairman, up to 24 hrs in advance of the
meeting. After that, a signed copy must be brought by your club's representative to the meeting.
If someone other than a club owner attends the meeting, that person must present written authority from the club to request dates and those requests will be considered binding on the club.
