As you may know, one of the options for the Tri-County Parkway
involves their sections F1, F and E (also known as the Comprehensive
Plan). This plan literally chops Bull Run Regional Park in half, and
eliminates horse trail access to the other 17 miles of trails that go
down to Fountainhead. It also goes north and chops up two remaining
horse boarding facilities, Union Ridge Equestrian Center, and Bull Run
Stables. We as equestrians need to show a united front so that this
option doesn't happen! It is very important to write and voice your
