Gary we may be interested. We have produced a couple of events with a
tractor pulling club in CT. similar idea we joined the club to be
covered under their ins policy. Is this a members only event or do
you have spectators pay to come and watch the event? What we did with
the other pulling club is split the cost of the track rental etc and
than share in the gate fee at the end of the event. We both worked on
advertising for the event on the web
and through mailings etc. We also had some vendors come in etc.
still a possibility if it's expo only. We are a team but NEMPRA and
the other company we have started is L.H.R. Entertainment. We
produced our first full season of events last year. It went pretty
well. We have our own sled but using yours would definitely save us
as far as traveling out there....Let's see what we can do to play in
the dirt together....
