I just called FT to double-check this, and... as I thought, it is 40" to 90"
wheelbase that is speed limited to 50mph.

90" and above OEM three-wheelers (if they exist, and I think possibly some of
the four-passenger delta layouts might exceed 90") do _not_ have a limitation on
top speed.

(increased vehicle length tends to increase stability)

Just wanted to clarify this
