• Any obvious problems (bad cables, bent derailleur, flats, etc) will be addressed during the assessment and corrected at an additional rate.

The 50 person cap per team is lifted on February 1st. This means all spots will be unrestricted so if a team has already reached their 50 person cap, they will be able to open up additional spots for their team until the race sells out.

As of January 30th there are 402 collegiates and 9 alumni registered.

Any faculty or staff at your school can compete in the alumni wave under your school name. They do not need to be an alumni of the school they represent as long as they are associated through employment.

Alumni may also race in this wave if they are an alum of a school that will be represented at nationals.

The USA Triathlon Collegiate Commission has voted to allow teams with two or less total members to compete as a team at nationals without having to pay the $50 club registration fee.

Teams with two or less total members must still register their club with USAT, but the cost will be $10 Please email clubs@... for an amended registration form.

If the team would like to join a USAT Collegiate Conference, they will be required to pay the $50 club registration fee, no matter the size of their team.

The goal of the commission is to encourage schools to continue to create triathlon teams and not hinder that growth through registration.

If your team has three or more total members you must register your team at the full fee, no matter how many members will be competing at nationals.

Team Captains must submit their teams seeding by March 31st to be considered for automatic seeding. Fill out the Wave Seeding Form and email it to nationalevents@... by March 31, 2007.
