I agree with Keisuke, this is something we need to vote on.

Given the Boston is cancelled, how about if we take votes from all the
participating schools (schools that participates in either of the
races) to see if we want to reduce the requirement for the regional
championship from three races to two races?

Since nobody has voted yet, lets try to get this going. So we need
one vote from every team that has signed up for a race this season.

Syracuse
UVM
Boston

And if anybody from:
columbia
Penn St.
Middlebury
NYU
West Point
has signed up for Colby (I am hoping that you guys do) then you also
have a vote. Every team should have a representative at Colby since
we are going to have a captains meeting about how we are going to run
the conference this next year and in the future.

This should be a blind vote so send your votes to Keisuke (if you
don't mind Keisuke). Everybody should vote by Monday of next week.
