ELIGIBILITY
- All collegiate teams must be registered as an official USA Triathlon club prior to earning points
- All participants must be listed on the official team roster at least 14 days prior to earning points for their team
- All participants must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student for the school they wish to earn points for and comply with all eligibility requirements as set forth by USA Triathlon for the national championship
- All collegiate team contact and demographic information will be sent to the conference director
- A team captain must be designated at the beginning of each racing season. The team captain will be the main point of contact between USAT, the conference director and the school. Schools may appoint a coach or faculty advisor to serve in this position.
- A scoring team member must be an annual USAT member or a holder of a one-day license.
- A team member holding a USAT Elite-Professional License may be awarded performance or participation points based on performance, within the appropriate competitive division, that shall apply to the overall team score.
I don't really care about second point of needing to be on the roster 14 days prior to earning points. However if there is an addition to the roster, I want the changes in hand prior to the start of the race. This is to keep the conference and the teams organized. If you don't have a copy of the roster form just let me know and I will send it to you. I will try set up the USAT northeast website with all the documentations ASAP. Which probably means in two to three weeks.
