Okay so I have the details on how to register and the logistics of
the Boston Triathlon. The director wants to have a better Idea on
how many people are going to race, so this is how he wants to handle it.

Have everybody on the team fill out the application (explained
below). You will need to mail me all the application and checks made
out to Boston Triathlon. I will need to have them in hand the
Saturday prior to the race (Aug 27th). I don't mind if I have
separate checks or one check for the entire team. The best is if I
can get one package per team, but I don't mind if people sign up and
send individual letters after you mailed the the team package in.

The cost for us is $60. That is 30% off.

I don't want to send out my address over a group email. So the plan
is to send me an email with all the people that are going to sign
up. At that point I will send you my address. If a person has
already paid for registration just inform me when you send in the
email telling me who is racing. All the people who already paid will
get reimbursed the $25 extra that you have paid. This will happen at
Registration on Saturday.

I tried to send the application but Yahoo groups would not let me
send the attachment (too large). So when you send me the list I will
send you my address and the application form. Don't wait to find out
how many people from you team is going to sign up. You can give me a
estimation then send me a revised list later on.
