Looks like you folks are cooking up a great series of races for the
Collegiates.

Allow me to assist you in any way I can. I am the current President of
the New England (Northeast) Region of USAT. I know most of the race
directors and direct the Cranberry Country Triathlon in late August
each year. Let me know how I can help you with the series.

Regarding scoring, I would suggest one like the Club Championships set
up by USAT. It does not discriminate as to the size iof the race, but
it awards some points for each Team Competitor, and bonus points for
distance traveled.
