Bret, thanks for taking the lead on this.  I think if you can get something simple going this summer, it will give you some momentum going into the school year. 
 
I can get your webspace at www.usat-ne.org for posting any/all information about the program.  Send me the raw text and I'll post it.
 
You might also want to coordinate a managers meeting in conjunction with the Boston triathlon weekend.  I realize many of your return to school that weekend.  I'd be happy to come and speak to everyone or thereafter.
