Did you try Champion System (http://champ-sys.com/)?

They are generous enough to provide us the leader jerseys and offer a
very nice deal (low minimum, no color charges, low cost). The
turn-around is faster than other makers, too, in my experience, so if
you are aiming for the Nationals, they have a better chance.
