Captains,
  We have all the applications for the cranberry triathlon.  There are random people on the list so I cannot send the forms out over the listserve.  We now have a captains password protection page on our website.  As of now none of the teams have a password.  If you send me an email with who is your main contact person, I will send out the password so you can download the document.  We have limited slots available and these slots are for COLLEGIATE TRIATHLETES ONLY.  So make sure that  only your team members  fill one of these forms out.  If non-team members send in a form it will make it more difficult to receive a discount in the future.

So there has been some confusion about the point series.  You are not required to go to 3 races to compete in the conference finals.  The deal is that we will take your highest 4 scores with one being the conference championship.  If you do not go to four races then it just makes it more difficult to win the point series.  I understand that the Cranberry race occurs before many people are in school.  You can compete as an individual for your team if the rest of your team cannot go.  Your score will still count as one of your four.  So if your team is only able to go to three races individuals can still get in all four races.  Also remember, doing more than four races is a good idea because there are always races that you will not do great in.  Unfortunately this is a compact season so it is highly likely that people will not be in top form for at least one race.
