Just saw a post on your webmail group - at Nationals Shannon has scheduled meeting times for all of us. It is on the website... I think it goes:

Friday at 2-3pm race director meets with team captains
             3-3:30pm - collegiate commission meets with entire region (all conferences within)
             3:30-4pm - conferences break off and meet on their own 
             5pm - race official meeting with all athletes
             6pm - athlete BBQ

I have not heard any details about the conference directors meeting, but Saturday at 4:00 was one of the suggested times.
