Let's have a meeting at the Nationals to dicuss about the race
schedules, scoring systems and other ideas.

Let us know what time/which day will work for you the best.

My suggestions are folows, but I am open to alternatives:

Option 1) 1:30pm on Fri. (Before the Team Captains' meeting)
or
Option 2) 4:00pm on Sat (Before the award ceremony)
