As a local area resident who has participated in The Cowtown continuously for 20 years since 1989 (in the 5K, 10K, marathon relay and marathon at various times)  -- this year will be my 21st  running -- let me wish everyone coming to Fort Worth for the race this Saturday, a fun & enjoyable & good race!  As I may have indicated to Tony Reed, I’m a member of several running clubs around the Dallas-Fort Worth area (of course, now including NBMA) and I’ve always run The Cowtown as a member of the local American Airlines Running Club team. That’s what I’ll be doing again this year, but I hope to meet up with NBMA members at Jubilee Theatre post-race at 2 PM on Saturday.

Go for it – the camaraderie, the competition, the atmosphere, the fun, the fundraising! Run/Walk happy & easy…
