You can find the info at NAA's website, www.naaminis.com for all their
products. The bullets are around $4 for 100, or $2.50 for 50. See
http://www.naaminis.com/naac&b.html for bullets and other C+B accessories.
The bullets are not really cheap when you look at what bulk pack .22 LR goes
for. :-)
As far as the conversion cylinder, the answer is NO, as far as I know. I
do know that NAA does NOT offer one. They state this right in their FAQ
about the revolver. See: http://www.naaminis.com/capballfaq.html
Whether there is another company out there, I don't know, but I've never
heard of one. If there was, I'd buy a magnum frame C+B tomorrow. :-)

Get both! :)
The LR is pretty small, which can be nice. I got the magnum just so I
had more of a grip to hold on to. I rather like those lil chunks of
rubber that fit on the side(so small I can hardly bring myself to
call them grips). Helps keep it from slipping away. The magnums do
have a bit of a kick to them, watch where you put your thumb! The
back edge of the cylinder can be sharp when the recoil shoves it into
your thumb.
Seeing as how I like small, I might go for the 22 short model next. I
had a LR-frame black powder for a while, ended up trading it for
something else with a friend that was into black powder. Just too
much of a hassle for me.

I shot the Guardian 380 yesterday.
Great little hand cannon!
I shot 24 rds of UMC, 24 rds of Fiocchi, and 12 rds of some old "green
box" (steel case).
I had NO failures to feed or eject---even on last round. All ammo
seemed to shoot about 1 1/2" to the left at 7 yds. Does anyone know if
something can be done to correct it, or is this normal?
The only problem I had was 2 failures to fire on first pull with the
steel case stuff, I suspect hard primers although it worked well in a
CZ 83 and I brought along.
With the exception of shooting left, I am very happy with it.

BTW, does anyone make a speed loader for it? I've sure got some sore
fingertips ;)

Hi all,

I just joined this group.
I have had a NAA 22/22mag combo for several years and am impressed
with the quality.
I have just gotten a Guardian in 380 (with CA mandatory built in
lock).
I haven't fired it as yet, and I hope it lives up to my expectations.

I hear that it has 1100-1200 FPS with a 60 grain bullet and that it
has sightly better sopping power than the 380 +P. It should be more
reliable since it is bottle necked which makes it easier to chamber.
I don't know how expensive a box af bullets would cost but I think
they will be a bit more than a box of 380's for a while. I Doubt if
other companies start to make guns to chamber it.

Just 16 days before the first Pink Pistols of Utah
anniversary, group members will join and speak at the
premiere gender- and sexual-minority Southern Utah
Pride Celebration. The discussion will be a part of
the day-long celebration on Nov. 8 at 10:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. at Springdale Town Park in Springdale, Utah,
near Zion National Park.

With the recent introduction of a new state-ballot
initiative to ban state concealed-firearm rights at
schools, the firearms discussion will engage the ideas
and information of gay political leader David Nelson
who also serves as the founder of PPU.

PPU is a group of gender- and sexual-minority firearm
advocates and owners in the state, and supporters of
the Pink Pistols idea that was described nationally in
2000 by writer Jonathan Rauch for the legal, safe and
responsible use of firearms for their self defense and
shooting-sport competition, including those of them
who are gay and lesbian, and that of their families
and friends. The group is the largest such group in
the United States with more than 264 members.

I'm still trying to master the little 380 as best as I can and doing
pretty good, getting the bulls eye or close at 7 yards firing as
fast as I can. I hear that there is a jamming problem with this
pistol I haven't experienced any yet. Has anyone ever had a bad
experience with the 380 guardian jamming?
Anyway I'm starting to trust this gun enough for carry cause I have
not had any problems so far. I have been using a Glock 36 but it is
a bit too big for concealed carry.

Yeah, nice little gun. Mine needed some minor polishing to be
reliable at first, but now it does great. Kahr is not the same

That's exactly right. A number of people I've talked to shoot low
because they put the tip of the front sight on the top of the back
instead of aiming down the flat top of the barrel, as John suggests
below.

Just about everyone I've talked to who adjusted their sight picture
this way has fixed their problem. Just aim down the barrel with the
front sight directly over what you want to hit.

What I do is line up the front sight and that little notch in the
back, and then use the flat top of the gun to get it level. I've
noticed with mine that if it's not completely level with where I'm
aiming, I can't get anywhere close to the target. Pretty accurate
from such a short smoothbore, but I still can't remember to keep my
thumb out of the way... I keep getting hit by the edge of the
cylinder. The thing nearly flew out of my hand the first time I fired
a Mag! I usually shoot LR out of it though, and keep some good
hollowpoints magnums in it when I carry as a backup to my Glock.

I own a .22 Mag Mini w/ 1& 5/8" bbl. I bought it as a carry weapon,
giving in to its small size. I carry it more than my Kel Tec P40,
which for most is a bad tradeoff, but whatever. Anyway, I was
wondering if anyone could give some advise for using the sight. When
I fire it, using the front sight, I constantly shoot low on the
target. However, when I ignore the sight and basically cover the
black with the bbl, it shoots in the black. The holes do dance all
over the target, usually, but I attribute that to me and not the gun.
Any advise would be appreciated, as I would very much like to improve
my performace with this gun; it is my favorite, after all.

Hey, Chuck. That sounds tempting to me. I have both firearms for
which you would consider trade. How straight does it shoot? It has
fixed sights, right? So does it shoot to the point of aim?

My Black Widow is probably a keeper, but I may consider a trade for
my black powder magnum Companion. I have two cylinders for it and
about 200 bullets and loading accessories. I also have the "Civil
War" leather flap holster for it, which is cool. (This set is
the "Civil War Companion Collector Kit," as seen on the NAA web site
at: http://www.naaminis.com/civilcb.html .)

It's a BLAST to shoot. Good thing about this trade would be that I
could ship it directly to your house without an FFL, because it is
considered a replica and does not need an FFL to transfer it, as long
as that's legal in your local area.

As for being tight and solid, that doesn't necessarily mean anything,
as these weapons are precision made and can retain that "tight and
solid" feel for a long time. ;) But that's good! ;)

Just barely.

To get this on topic, a NAA mini magnum loaded with shotshells will work over a Cottonmouth in a heartbeat.  For snakes that large, one must double- or triple-tap the critter.

Anything we can do to increase activity on this list? We have 82
official members, but I don't see many messages.

What do you think of the new products? The .32NAA Guardian with the
the .380 case necked down to a .32 bullet. Or the .17HMR minimaster?

What NAA firearms do you own? I personally own a .22LR/Magnum Black
Widow, .22LR mini, Guardian 32, Guardian 380 (first retail
Guardian .380 to be sold from the factory!), and a .22 Magnum Black
Powder mini. All are fine firearms.

What else would you like to discuss?

I guess late is better than never...!

The Minimaster is really quite accurate. I have a Black Widow with
adjustable sights and it's pretty accurate as well. The extra two
inches is going to do nothing but help.

I'm not yet really sold on the adjustable sights, though. Not sure
why you'd need adjustable sights unless the fixed sights don't work
well. The fixed sights are smaller and may be better. I would
reconsider buying the adjustable sights for another purchase.

I'm personally looking to buy the new .17HMR minimaster.

I haven't purchased one, but I HAVE seen one in a gun store (Gun
Depot in Tucker, GA) and even held it in my hand. Not a bad little
piece, although the stock sights leave a little something to be
desired (same as the .32 and the .380). Then again, you're probably
not going to be trying to shoot tight groups at 25 yards with this
thing, so the sights may be a minor thing. I hear than NAA will put
tritium sights on it if you want (and pay).

I just got a Guardian .380 ... nice little gun and seems surprisingly
accurate, however I'm having some trouble with malfunctions.
Specifically, it tends to fail to feed (bullet part way in, slide not
closed) on the 2nd and 3rd shots from both magazines, but moreso from
the mag without the finger extension. I've put 100 rounds through it
now. I found that only loading 5 in the magazine would usually result
in no malfunctions.

Any advice on oiling? - type of lubricant and important areas? ...
since it doesn't have rails like my .45 I've looked for areas that
show any wear.. seems like where the slide contacts the hammer is the
main contact point.

I have the black powder mini .22 revolver...I've heard that a .22
cartridge cylinder is available for it...is this true?...mine won't
penetrate plywood with pyrodex, but blows through with FFFFg
powder...the bullet is a .22 short 29 grain bullet...I know I
wouldn't want to get hit with it even if it doesn't blow through
plywood...Fat Sandy

I am having a bit of a time with the aiming. Left to right is OK
but I am shooting a good 8+ inches down at 12 feet even having the
front sight fully visible.
I am wondering about the fairly stiff trigger pull and challenge in
holding the weapon steady if it is inclining/dipping forward when
firing. Along those lines I am wondering if the oversize grips would
be a good idea to give a firmer grasp of the gun as I am not feeling
comfortable holding with the standard little bitty grips.

    Thoughts on this?

Has anybody purchased the new .32NAA Guardian? (That's the .380 case
necked down to a .32ACP bullet, by the way.) Anybody even seen one at
a gun store yet?

I haven't got one, but I'm certainly tempted.
