The first time I shot a Guardian-like gun was a friend's Seecamp. It spanked my hand so bad that I swore I'd never get one. My Guardian .32 made me eat those words.
I have found that a wooden grip helps with the recoil somehow. Not sure why. Maybe you get a better grip on the gun or something. You may want to try them. Wooden grips also make the gun look suh-WEET! They do add bulk, however. Some say wooden grips are too thick for comfort, but they don't bother me. I have smooth wood on my G32 and knurled wood on my G380.
There. Not only is that A POST, but TWO POSTS.

I have a NAA Guardian 380(primary CCW) and my wife has a Black Widow for her
back up weapon. Originally didn't like the Guardian because of its kick but
after taking it shooting twice, I get comfortable with it and it fits
anywhere. I wouldn't mind picking up a mini with the fold out clip case.
Funds are a little dry right now since I just bought a new car. Also, I
already have a different gun picked out for purchase around my birthday in
May.
